At LydiaCoulter.com, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns policy below:

eBooks:
All eBook sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on eBook purchases.

Physical Books: 
If you are not completely satisfied with your physical book purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. The book must be in its original, unused condition to qualify for a refund. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

How to Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@lydiacoulter.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the book back to us.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 working days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
