Sarah flees her wedding in Crete, seeking solace with her ex-fling Sophie in London.
Their reunion isn't simple – Sarah, approaching forty and fresh from her dramatic escape, wrestles with explaining both her wedding day desertion and her sexuality to her traditional Irish family. Sophie, meanwhile, struggles with her role as a hidden romance, questioning if she's more than just a rebound or if this relationship is the real deal.
As Sarah dodges questions from home and Sophie yearns for acknowledgment, both women navigate their deepening feelings against mounting pressures.
Some Tulip asks whether love can flourish in the shadows, and if it's ever too late to discover who you really are.

Hi, I'm Lydia.
Once upon a time I was a WLW FanFiction writing teenager who became a secret sapphic author, while being a solo mum to a baby boy, a marketer and running a luxury sex brand.
My debut novel, "Some Tulip," started in the notes app on my phone and has been a labour of love over the past seven years.
FAQs
How will I receive my eBook?
After your transaction has been completed, look out for an email from BookFunnel.com with your eBook files attached.
Do you write smut?
Surprisingly for a woman who runs a BDSM brand, there's no smut in Some Tulip.
I'm not planning on writing any smut in my next two releases either, though that's not to say I won't bring some spicy dominant energy to a future release.
Why is your novel more expensive on Amazon?
